Our vision is to provide cultural opportunities for all of Robstown residents, with a focus on families, youth development and building healthy communities. We will keep our parks safe, attractive and well-maintained to reflect the public’s needs and interests.
These are the Park Rules: Sec. 1.09.071 Possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages
It shall be unlawful for any person to possess or consume an alcoholic beverage, as the same is defined by the Alcoholic Beverage Code, section 1.04, of Vernon’s Texas Codes Annotated of the state, on or in any public park or recreational facility owned or under the control of the city. Sec. 1.09.072 Operation and parking of motor vehicles
(a)Â Â Â Restrictions. It shall be unlawful for any person to drive, park or operate any motor vehicle in or upon any city park in the city unless the same is driven, parked or operated on the paved parking areas of any such park. It shall be unlawful for persons to park vehicles on any property, a part of which is included in a public park of the city, during the hours between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
(b)Â Â Â Exceptions. This section shall not apply to persons employed by the city in the official conduct of their duty.
(c)Â Â Â Penalty. Persons and corporations violating this section shall be fined not less than one dollar ($1.00) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200.00).
