Notice Regarding 1095-B Statements

In accordance with the Paperwork Burden Reduction Act (H.R. 3797), employees of the City of Robstown who are covered under the employer-provided medical insurance may request a copy of their 1095-B statement, which shows the months of medical coverage. Requests can be made by contacting:

Requests will be processed by January 31 of the year following the calendar year to which the return pertains, or 30 days after the request is made, whichever is later.

Additionally, under the Employer Reporting Improvement Act, 1095-B statements can be provided electronically to individuals who have given their affirmative consent at any prior time, unless they have revoked such consent in writing.
