A review of incident data reveals a troubling pattern: many of these deaths stem from preventable causes such as excessive speed\, lack of situational awareness\, and failure to wear seatbelts. \nThis course is designed to equip patrol officers and command staff with practical strategies to reduce these fatalities and strive toward a long-overdue goal—fewer than 100 deaths per year. It confronts the dangerous consequences of complacency\, which can lead to irreversible outcomes: lives lost\, families shattered\, and communities left grieving. By reinforcing a culture of vigilance\, accountability\, and proactive safety measures\, this training empowers officers to protect not only the public but each other.
